  Bought a Samsung microwave from good guys. The same watts microwave heats up food so much quicker than the one I bought. I didn't realise that till I tried a family friends microwave. We had the extra 1 year concierge. When I called to tell them that it take twice the time to heat up, even the concierge guy said they get this issue a lot for that microwave. So he said bring it in we will give store credit. They said take it to the nearest good guy and there they tested and they said it heats up so we can't change it. I told her try another microwave but she didn't do that she said it heats up according to her it's fine. The issue wasn't it doesn't heat up , but takes twice the time. The concierge warranty since it's under good guys they try not to change I guess. :( not happy.

  ( I'LL BE BACK) I purchased a cordless phone yesterday from Brighton Good Guys. A young man Jordan served me. I have not had an experience like this for many years. Jordan was friendly, precise and asked many questions before offering any advise. Jordan was patient and had an amazing knowledge of all of the products in the range. He explained to me how each technology worked and the benefits of each style. He did not push me into a product that I didn't want, to the contrary he lead me to the product that suited my needs. I'm so impressed with him and his approach I will always find him and purchase anything the Good Guys sell. Well done Jordan. Cheers Marc "Let the good guys win"

  I bought a GVA fridge from the good guys about 3 years ago. It broke down completely and no longer works so I came in last weekend to buy a new fridge. With no intention to even bring up the old fridge that I had bought from the good guys in Brighton. I was lucky enough to be served by the store manager, who questioned why I was buying a new fridge. When I had explained my situation and how I bought a brand new fridge from them a few years ago, Rainer (I believe his name was?) went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Myself and my partner are extremely satisfied with the service received. I will definitely be recommending this store to others and shop here in the near future. - Thomas
