  The agent spent most of the time hitting on my wife and very little time doing anything like an appraisal on our home. While "taking photos" we walked in to find him searching through our laundry hamper. When we confronted him about it he just laughed awkwardly, and didn't say anything.
  
  Suffice to say we won't be giving him keys to our home to sell it, and went with another agent.
